In 2005 the numbers are estimated for the municipalities Marstal and Ærøskøbing, because the basis data was for the new municipality Ærø. The merging of the two municipalities was effective as of 1st of January 2006. From 2006 children of parents, who are receiving education and consequently entitled to claim special child allowance, are included. This applies to 1,451 children.
