Data on special needs education is updated annually. Latest year is considered temporary and will be replaced by opdated data the following year. Note that from 2012 (public schools) and from 2013 for the private basic schools, the definition of special needs education has been changed. A new calculation method, which takes better account of administrative shifts of institution numbers and change of of class level, has been used.
